Instead of declining politely, the above person asked our agent to tell us that,” Tell your client that for them this house is $1950”. This is a disrespectful and humiliating approach. A simple “ no” would have sufficed. I understand the market is hectic but this kind of rudeness towards an offer or a potential client is appalling. Also can she quote a higher rent than that has been posted on the property portals.
