I have used Trevor 2 times and both times the appraised values were very low and not in line with current appraisals. His comparison with other homes were not comparable with my home. I consulted with several prominent real estate and land developers and they agree with my assessment of a very low appraisal. These people and I will not use Trevor for his appraisal services. I do not recommend Trevor J Shuman
