Horrible Appraisal service, do not trust!!!

This appraiser is unbelievably unprofessional and a horrible human being. Scott Balfour came to my door asking to be let in so I requested since I have a child and I am immune compromised (which I told him) to wear a mask. He rolled his eyes and said he didn't have one because he is using his son's car but he would go look. By the time I went and found him one from my own closet he had left. I called his cell phone to ask what happened and he said "Nah I'm going to cancel the appraisal" and hung up on me. Besides the great deal of disruption for my family this will cause it struck me how little this poor excuse of a man cared about the well being of a young child.
